This is a food blog written, edited, and maintained by Ela Schmidt Patajac.  I do not exchange opinions for products. Featured themes are based on my personal experience and this blog is open to everyone – family and friends, present and future, or just random readers and browsers. 

Although only the pics in the Photo Finish section are my own and the other ones were just picked as a good match to go with a recipe, the actual recipes have all been tested and tried, and chosen for their quality. And for that, I have a house full of happy witnesses.
